| Part of the house (the middle) is over 100 years old. The breakfast nook, living room, upstairs bedroom and bath were added in 1940. The great room was added in 1989. |

We added this room to accommodate retreats, workshops, meetings and Mass. It is designed for future non-religious use as either two separate bedrooms or a one bedroom apartment. The present 1/2 bath can be very easily up dated to a full bath by removing part of an adjacent closet. |

| Our country style Kitchen and has a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. It is a bright and spacious room (large enough for 3 cooks to prepare thanksgiving dinner for 35). Separate Mud Room at backdoor. | |

Upstairs
| Photo on the left is a large Bedroom, accommodating two double sized beds with plenty of room to move around. It has two large closets. On the right is a second Bedroom which accommodates a double or two single beds, one large closet leaving plenty of move around room. |

The third bedroom, currently use as a Sitting Room.
This is the smallest of the three bedrooms but has a very large walk in closet.

The Basement of the house. This part is finished (has a tile ceiling and painted block walls.)
The wood stove can be used routinely or for heat in the rare event of a power failure.
The other half of the basement contains the water heater and furnace.
